South Wind subdivision is located in Conway, Arkansas. The subdivision was developed by Tom Watson - Generation Builders.
The property owners association was formed and officers elected in January 2003.
Phase 1 of Southwind is complete. Phase 2 is mostly complete with the last few lots being built on. Phase 3 and 4 development is underway. Phase 3 has several houses already occupied along with several others ready to be bought. Phase 4 is on the west side of Salem Rd(across from Phase 3).
