Barking Dogs  One of the most received complaints from POA members is the barking dog
next door. We ask the person complaining to contact animal
welfare.

Parking On Street  Parking on the street on a consistent basis is a violation of the South Wind POA Bylaws.
|
Grass  According to a city ordinance, grass is not to be blown into the street or left to be washed down storm drains.
|
Trailers  Trailers, campers, boats, etc need to be stored in your garage or behind house/fence and not in your driveway.

Speed Limit...  The speed limit within South Wind subdivision is 20 MPH!

Trash Cans  Trash cans are to be kept either behind the front corner of your house
or out of site from the front of your house. They are to
be removed from the curb by 7pm on the day of trash pick up in your
neighborhood.

Dues Are Late!!!  As of March 16, 2007 your annual POA dues are late. Annual POA Dues are $50 and can be mailed to:

Architectural Control Any architectural changes and/or additions, including yard/storage buildings, must be submitted and approved by South Wind Architectural Control Committee. Mail plans to: P.O. Box 10718, Conway, AR 72034.

Outbuildings  Outbuildings or storage sheds must be built of the same material as the house. This means that pre-fabricted storage sheds/buildings can not be put in your back yard.
