All complaints and/or suggestions need to be sent to the POA in written format.  Verbal complaints or suggestions will not be accepted.  For complaints and suggestions click here.

Any complaint that is made will be checked against the POA bylaws and covenant.  If the complaint is covered in the bylaws, a registered letter will be sent to the offender.  All complaints will be made anonymously.

If the nature of the complaint is not covered in the bylaws, the person sending the complaint will be notified.
